Pitbike Captive Wheel Spacer for 15mm Axles.
Replacement press in Captive Wheel Spacer. Perfect to change wheel offset or replace a damaged one without replacing the bearing.
NOTE: Will only fit the PlazCutz Racing Captive wheel spacer system and NOT standard bearings.
Kit Contains ONE Replacement Captive Spacer - NO Bearing, mix and match to get the correct fit for your wheels.
Length is measured from the step lip base and you need to add +1mm to your desired length as these are designed to fit 10mm bearings not the 11mm as standard fitment.
Spacers are CNC Made from 6082 T6 Aluminium.
Range of spacer sizes to cover all fitments and wheel setups, including Mobster, Vortex, M2R, Symoto, MAG, SDG, VMC.
Spacer is designed to replace the ones already fitted to the upgrade bearing kit and will fit any wheel setup that uses the 6202 bearing.
Note: you need to add +1mm to your desired length
To install:
Simply remove your existing captive spacer and fit the supplied one in the kit, ensuring the spacer tube is aligned and the bearing is fully seated home.
Lightly press the correct Captive Spacer into each side all the way. Spacers are precision machined and only require lightly pressing to get them seated correctly.
