The rear conversion uses a replacement bearing and captive spacer system to reduce the Symoto wheel fitment back down to suit the standard rear axle. This gives a secure, accurate fit while also helping to stop loose spacers falling out during wheel changes.

Rear axle protection is an important part of any KTM 65, Husqvarna TC65 or GasGas MC65 circuit and supermoto conversion.
The rear of the bike is exposed during crashes, paddock handling and close racing, especially around the axle, swingarm end and chain adjuster area. Adding proper protection helps reduce damage while keeping the bike easier to maintain between sessions.
KTM 65 Rear Axle Blocks with Integrated Crash Sliders (Pair)
PlazCutz Racing KTM 65 rear axle blocks are CNC machined aluminium replacement chain adjuster blocks designed to improve wheel changes, maintain accurate chain adjustment, and provide additional crash protection for the rear axle and swingarm area.
Unlike many aftermarket slider kits that use a long M6 bolt passing through the hollow rear axle, these axle blocks incorporate a replaceable crash slider directly into the block itself. This creates a stronger, cleaner, and more durable solution that is less likely to be damaged during a crash or slide.
Each block is precision CNC machined from 6061 T6 aluminium and features an integrated thread for the axle in the adjuster housing, allowing the original chain adjustment system to function exactly as intended while providing a secure mounting point for the crash slider.
The replaceable slider bobbins are CNC machined from durable black acetal and mounted using an M8 fixing bolt for increased strength. During testing, smaller M6 fixings were found to bend or fail too easily in crashes, so the design was upgraded to M8 throughout.
Designed for racing, these blocks make rear wheel installation easier, provide additional protection during crashes, and eliminate the need for vulnerable axle-through slider systems.
If the slider becomes damaged, it can be replaced separately without replacing the aluminium axle blocks.
Suitable for KTM 65cc models and equivalent Husqvarna, Gas Gas 65 motorcycles using the same axle block design.

Pitbike Chain Adjuster Replacement Crash Sliders 28mm
PlazCutz Racing replaceable crash slider bobbin, CNC turned from durable acetal and secured using an M8 fixing bolt. In the event of a crash or slide, the acetal bobbins help absorb impact and reduce damage to the swingarm and rear axle area. If damaged, the bobbins can be easily replaced without changing the aluminium blocks.
Supplied as a pair, these chain adjuster blocks are ideal for pitbike racing and track use, combining accurate adjustment, strength, and practical crash protection.

Motorcycle Paddock Stand Lifting Bobbins (Pair)
PlazCutz Racing motorcycle paddock stand lifting bobbins are designed to provide a secure and repeatable lifting point for paddock stands, while also offering additional protection for the swingarm.
Manufactured from high-quality acetal, these bobbins measure 29mm in diameter and 32mm in length and are supplied as a pair, complete with M8 stainless steel fixing bolts for easy installation. Acetal is a tough, low-friction material that offers excellent impact resistance, helping to reduce the risk of damage to the swingarm in the event of a minor tip-over or low-speed crash.
Once fitted the bobbins allow the paddock stand to locate securely, improving stability during maintenance, storage, and race preparation. Designed for regular paddock and workshop use, they are suitable for a wide range of motorcycles that accept M8 swingarm mounting points plus our own chain adjuster blocks.
