PlazCutz Racing Supermini & Supermoto 12” Wheel Conversion Kit
The PlazCutz Racing 85cc Supermoto Conversion Kit is designed to allow 12” pitbike wheels to be fitted to KTM SX85, Husqvarna TC85, and GasGas MC85 (2006 onwards), creating a reliable, properly aligned supermoto-style setup.
This kit has been developed to solve the common issues encountered when converting MX bikes to pitbike or supermoto wheels on 15mm axles, including incorrect chain alignment, missing spacers, and the inconvenience of constantly swapping parts between wheel sets.
The kit includes all precision-machined components required for a complete conversion, ensuring correct wheel positioning, accurate chain alignment, and reliable operation when running pitbike wheels.
At the core of the kit is the PlazCutz Racing sprocket offset spacer, designed to correct rear sprocket alignment when fitting pitbike supermoto wheels to KTM SX85, Husqvarna TC85, and GasGas MC85 models.
For riders running multiple wheel sets, additional standalone sprocket offset spacers are available, allowing spare wheels to be pre-fitted and swapped quickly without repeated disassembly.
