PlazCutz Racing Supermini & Supermoto Sprocket Offset Spacer Ring
Designed to correct rear sprocket alignment when fitting pitbike supermoto wheels to KTM SX85, Husqvarna TC85, and GasGas MC85 motorcycles.
These conversions rely on a specific offset between the rear wheel and drive sprocket to achieve correct chain alignment. In many cases, this spacer is only available as part of a full supermoto conversion kit, meaning riders with spare wheels or multiple setups are forced to swap spacers between wheel changes.
This standalone spacer ring solves that problem.
CNC machined from 6081 T6 Aluminium, measures 112mm in diameter and features four bolt-through holes to allow the sprocket to mount securely to the wheel with the correct offset. It installs between the rear wheel and drive sprocket locating on the wheel register and creating one for the sprocket, restoring the required chain line for safe and reliable supermoto use. Fits Symoto 12” Pitbike wheels that are used in supermoto and supermini conversions.
Ideal for riders running multiple wheel sets, race teams, or anyone replacing a lost or damaged spacer without purchasing a complete conversion kit.
