How Does It Work?

The system replaces your original 6202 wheel bearing with a specially selected bearing and matching CNC machined captive spacer.

The spacer lightly presses into the replacement bearing, allowing it to remain securely located in the wheel while retaining compatibility with your existing 15mm axle.

Once installed, removing and refitting your wheel becomes a much simpler job.

Fit it once. Enjoy easier wheel changes every time.

What's Included?

Each kit contains:

  • 1x CNC machined captive wheel spacer

  • 1x quality replacement wheel bearing

Please note: Each kit is for ONE side of ONE wheel. Order two kits to convert both outer spacers on a wheel, selecting the appropriate length for each side.

Choosing Your Spacer Length

Measure your existing wheel spacer before selecting your replacement.

Our captive spacer system uses a 10mm-wide replacement bearing instead of the original 11mm-wide 6202 bearing.

Simply add 1mm to your original spacer measurement when choosing your new captive spacer length.

For example:

Original Spacer - 20mm
Required Captive Spacer - 21mm

Need a Custom Spacer Length?

Not every pitbike wheel uses a whole-millimetre spacer size. Some original spacers measure 24.25mm, 26.75mm or other fractional dimensions.

No problem — we manufacture these spacers in-house, so custom lengths are available.

If your required captive spacer length isn't listed, select the nearest standard size and enter your exact finished measurement in the Custom Spacer Length box when ordering.

Please remember to include the additional 1mm allowance for the replacement bearing.

Precision CNC machined to suit your wheel setup.

Compatibility

Designed for compatible pitbike wheel setups using standard 6202 wheel bearings and 15mm axles.

Suitable for wheel setups found on brands including M2R, Symoto, Mobster, Vortex, MAG, SDG and VMC, subject to checking the original bearing and spacer dimensions.

Technical Details

  • Material: CNC machined 6082 T6 aluminium

  • Axle compatibility: 15mm

  • Spacer outside diameter: 25mm

  • Locating step outside diameter: 22mm

  • Replacement bearing width: 10mm

  • Quality bearing supplied: FAG, SKF, NSK, KOYO or equivalent

The larger 25mm outer spacer diameter also provides a wider contact area than many standard narrow steel wheel spacers, helping reduce marking to the swingarm.

Installation

Remove your existing 6202 wheel bearing and install the supplied replacement bearing, ensuring the internal wheel spacer tube is correctly aligned and the bearing is fully seated.

Lightly press the captive spacer into the replacement bearing until correctly seated.

Repeat on the opposite side using the appropriate spacer length.

Perfect For:

  • Pitbike racing

  • Minibike racing

  • Supermoto

  • Wet and dry wheel sets

  • Frequent wheel changes

  • Race paddock preparation

Built for racing. Designed for reliability.
