85cc Supermoto Wheel Conversions & Racing Components
PlazCutz Racing manufactures precision CNC machined components for KTM SX85, Husqvarna TC85 and GasGas MC85 motorcycles, helping riders convert motocross bikes for supermoto and supermini racing.
12-Inch Supermoto Wheel Conversion Kits
Our 85cc supermoto conversion kit is developed for fitting compatible 12-inch pitbike wheels to the KTM SX85 platform and equivalent Husqvarna and GasGas models.
The conversion includes purpose-made front and rear axles, wheel spacers, chain adjuster blocks, fork bushings, sprocket offset spacer and axle protection components. Each part is engineered to provide accurate wheel positioning, correct chain alignment and practical race-day maintenance.
CNC Machined Spacers & Replacement Parts
Alongside complete conversion kits, we supply individual sprocket offset spacers and replacement front and rear crash sliders. These components allow riders to maintain their existing conversions and prepare additional wheel sets for wet and dry racing conditions.
As our 85cc racing parts range develops, additional CNC machined components and upgrades will become available.
