M2R - Pitbike Captive Sprocket Carrier Spacer kit for 15mm Axles.
Having this captive spacer kit makes it so fast and easy to change the rear wheel, not only saving time but now with no risk of missing or mixed up spacers. Combined with our Captive Wheel Spacer kit for the caliper side makes this upgrade complete.
Our M2R Sprocket carrier spacers are perfect to press in and stay part of your carrier, not dropping out during wheel changes. Supplied captive spacer kit is designed to lightly press inside the original 6004 bearing in the sprocket and allows for the standard 15mm axle and carrier dust seal to still be used.
Kit Contains ONE Replacement inner captive Spacer & One selected size outer captive spacer to correctly fit your wheel.
Select the size required of the outer spacer.
Outer Spacer OD is 25mm so it has a larger surface area to help from marring the swingarm like the small steel ones do.
Inner spacer is a direct replacement for the stock one and allows for the outer to be also pressed into stock bearing.
Measure your original outer spacer and select the correct one in the list.
When fitted the spacer will be just as the standard fitment was.
Spacers are CNC Made from 6082 T6 Aluminium.

Carrier spacer kit keeps the existing bearing setup that uses the 6004 bearing.
To install:
Simply remove your existing pressed in spacer from the sprocket carrier. A socket in a vice is more than enough to do it. Press the supplied 22mm diameter one into the bearing inside the carrier ensuring its aligned correctly and fit the outer one in the kit into the outside. Ensuring the spacers are fully pressed into bearing and seated home.
Spacers are precision machined and only require lightly pressing to get them seated correctly.
