Pitbike YX and ZS Engine Holding Tool for Variable Ignition style Flywheels.
Perfect for holding the Flywheel whilst torqueing up its nut or the Clutch basket & Crank locking nuts. This keeps the Flywheel locked whilst you can apply the correct torque for the nuts, especially when fitting the EVR slipper clutch as this goes to 63Nm.
Holding tool has lugs welded on just long enough to locate into the flywheel holes securely avoiding the coil windings just behind.
So much better than using blocks of wood wedged in the kickstart or sticking things into the flywheel holes potentially causing damage to the stator windings.
CNC Plasma cut out from steel and Powder coated for a durable finish. We even use these tool ourselves in our own workshop and out in the paddock during racing.
