Pitbike Chain Adjuster Blocks with Replaceable 32mm paddock stand lifting bobbin Crash Sliders (Pair)
PlazCutz Racing pitbike chain adjuster blocks with rear adjustment are designed to provide accurate chain adjustment while adding an extra layer of protection in the event of a crash.
The adjuster blocks are CNC machined from aluminium and fit directly into the swingarm, located and clamped in place by the 15mm rear axle when the wheel is tightened. The bike’s chain M6 adjuster bolts in the rear of the blocks react against the swingarm, allowing precise and repeatable drive chain adjustment.
Each block features a replaceable paddock stand lifting crash slider bobbin, CNC turned from durable acetal and secured using an M8 fixing bolt.
With our testing we found the M6 bolts snapped too easily even in a low speed spill, so we upgraded these to be M8 for more strength and durability.
In the event of a crash or slide, the acetal bobbins help absorb impact and reduce damage to the swingarm and rear axle area. If damaged, the bobbins can be easily replaced without changing the aluminium blocks.
Supplied as a pair, these chain adjuster blocks are ideal for pitbike racing and track use, combining accurate adjustment, strength, and practical crash protection.
Lifter Slider bobbins are 29mm OD - 32mm long with M8 bolt fixing hole.
