KTM 65 Supermoto Conversions & Racing Components
At PlazCutz Racing, we develop precision CNC machined components for KTM 65 SX, Husqvarna TC65 and GasGas MC65 race bikes. Our parts are designed to solve common wheel fitment, brake alignment and axle protection problems when preparing these bikes for supermoto, supermini and circuit racing.
Symoto 12-Inch Wheel Conversion Kits
Our Symoto wheel conversion kits provide a practical solution for fitting 12-inch pitbike supermoto wheels to the KTM 65 platform. Using purpose-designed brake adapters, replacement bearings and captive wheel spacers, these systems allow riders to retain their original axles while achieving accurate wheel and brake alignment.
Separate front and rear conversion kits are available, alongside complete conversion packages and additional spacer kits for riders running spare wet and dry wheels.
CNC Machined Big Brake Upgrades
Our front and rear brake caliper adapters are designed to accommodate larger brake discs while retaining the original brake calipers. Options include 220mm front and 180mm or 190mm rear conversions, providing purpose-made solutions for compatible KTM 65, Husqvarna TC65 and GasGas MC65 setups.

Every component is developed through real bike fitment and hands-on engineering experience at our Lancashire workshop. From wheel conversion kits and captive spacers to CNC machined axle blocks with integrated crash sliders, our aim is to make race bikes easier to build, maintain and work on in the paddock.
